Thank you for accepting me and validating my grief. Thank you for being responsive, listening and letting me blubber on. Thank you for a framework in which to explore my grief while feeling safe and supported. There were many things I had not verbalized out of fear of rejection. I began to release the pain I was holding onto. I started to feel happy again. The constant anxiety eased and I am better able to handle the hard patches as they come up. Thank you for your time! I felt so special. The workbooks were very good, the ideas were clear and about the right length. The program allowed me to put words to my feelings and start to resolve my grief. I would recommend the program. I feel the program helped me gain perspective and relief from my grief. I did have unresolved grief. It was a surprise to see how easy it was to let it go. It was a surprise to actually start feeling better.
